•     Monitor sales activity, pipeline opportunities, and campaign results to support business planning and prioritize follow-up with key clients.
•     Prepare market updates, product summaries, trade ideas, and sales commentary to support advisor engagement and structured note education.
•    Assist in the day-to-day development, positioning, and distribution of structured notes originated by the Bank of Nova Scotia.
•    Work closely with Global Equity Derivatives Trading and Structured Notes Structuring teams to leverage pricing ideas and design client-focused investment solutions.
•    Participate in the daily lifecycle of Structured Notes issuance, including the preparation of pitchbooks and marketing materials, client meetings, idea generation, pricing, execution, and after-market support such as maturities, call events, and post-trade inquiries.
•    Support the day-to-day activities of the Structured Notes business, with a focus on lead generation, expanding the client base, and identifying opportunities to increase sales penetration across the wealth management channel.
•    Collaborate with team members, product partners, and control functions to further develop the Structured Notes platform and identify opportunities for process automation and broader business improvement.
•    Ensure that the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture are considered in day-to-day activities, business decisions, and client interactions.

What You’ll Bring:

• Broad-based understanding of equity markets, with the ability to communicate market themes and investment ideas clearly to internal partners and clients.
• Capital markets experience is preferred, but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate strong interest in financial markets and structured investment solutions.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, particularly in a client-facing environment requiring proactive outreach and relationship building.
Willingness to work proactively in a client-facing sales role, with accountability for achieving regular, clearly defined activity targets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
