Purpose:

Client Insights and Analytics is part of the Global Banking and Markets team. Our mandate is to lead the execution of our business strategies through powerful reporting and analytics. We are closely integrated with our business partners to drive adoption, and client strategies/insights and opportunities. 

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented, results focused individual to manage the corporate bank’s Client Profitability Model.  The model is a key tool used by corporate bankers to evaluate the expected profitability of prospective client scenarios focusing on risk-adjusted rates of return.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Be a thought leader on topics involving client profitability in cross-functional project teams and working groups supporting ongoing business line initiatives
  • Develop robust, and effective pricing solution to support our corporate and capital markets business stakeholders
  • Manage, test and promote model updates in collaboration with our global technology partners.
  • Provide expert advice and virtual training resources to business line users to help them understand key return drivers and KPIs
  • Demonstrate change leadership in assisting our bankers in adopting best practices when modelling client/product profitability scenarios
  • Support the adoption and continued use of the client profitability model throughout business banking
  • Carry out ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Advanced skills and experience with Excel, Power BI, and SQL
  • A love of learning and the desire to work in an international organization that heavily invests in your future
  • Demonstrated strength in understanding complex systems and transforming business needs into effective system solutions
  • Knowledge of, or interest in capital markets and wholesale banking business
  • Proven experience working on a major project and/or initiative in a team
  • Ability to succeed and deliver, with ambiguity in a matrix-based environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Initiative, curiosity, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment with a high level of energy, commitment, and a strong sense of teamwork
  • Fluency in Spanish would be a definite asset

 

Work Arrangement: 

This position is currently an onsite role, with the expectation that you will work 4-5 days a week in the office. Please note that this is subject to change based on the needs of the business.
