  • Support a client-focused operating model by delivering accurate, timely, and responsive asset servicing support to internal business partners and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee daily income processing activities by organizing priorities, monitoring work in progress, assigning work as needed, and ensuring transactions are completed in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
  • Review, validate, and authorize assigned components of income transactions, including follow-up on outstanding payments from depositories, issuers, and financial institutions.
  • Identify processing issues, complete root-cause analysis, and recommend practical changes to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and prevent recurring errors.
  • Respond to inquiries from business lines and partners with accurate, professional, and timely information related to income processing and asset servicing activities.
  • Support team performance through training, cross-training, monthly coaching input, and assistance with performance documentation where required.
  • Help manage operational risk by reviewing team output, confirming required controls are followed, escalating potential issues or losses, and recommending improvements to procedures and controls.
  • Monitor control accounts to ensure items are updated, cleared, or escalated in a timely manner to prevent aging and reduce operational exposure.
  • Apply the Bank’s risk, compliance, AML/ATF, operational risk, and conduct standards in day-to-day decisions and ensure team activities align with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations.

Dimensions

  • Support asset servicing activities for Global Banking & Markets products across global operations.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver daily operational priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to complete time-sensitive tasks and resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate processing, documentation, and data quality across assigned activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, system changes, and project-related work as required.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial services, capital markets operations, asset servicing, securities operations, or a comparable operational environment.
  • Working knowledge of middle- or back-office capital markets processes, including asset servicing, income processing, trade lifecycle support, reconciliations, or entitlement-related workflows.
  • Experience reviewing, validating, or authorizing operational transactions in accordance with documented procedures, controls, and service-level expectations.
  • Experience with reconciliations, control account monitoring, exception management, issue escalation, and operational risk controls.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; exposure to SQL, VBA, workflow automation, or similar tools is an asset.
  • Experience using enterprise processing platforms, financial systems, vendor platforms, depositories, global custodians, or clearing systems that support asset servicing or entitlement-related activities is an asset.

Working Conditions
