The role of Assistant Manager Data Analytics & Reporting, Security Operations ensures physical security decisions and initiatives are grounded in accurate, reliable data that leadership can trust. By strengthening reporting, performance metrics, and analytics, the role enables proactive risk management and more efficient allocation of security resources. It also drives consistency, transparency, and automation across Physical Security operations, helping translate strategy into measurable outcomes. Ultimately, the role supports the Bank’s ability to manage risk effectively while keeping people, assets, and operations safe.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

  • Support the execution of Physical Security and Corporate Security strategies aligned to enterprise objectives
  • Develop, maintain, and improve data collection, validation, and integrity processes
  • Produce and enhance reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership and stakeholders
  • Analyze security data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
  • Support data‑driven decision‑making through clear, actionable insights
  • Coordinate data and reporting support for Physical Security initiatives, including technology, innovation, and automation

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:

 

  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
  • Strong experience with data cleaning, transformation, and validation (structured and unstructured data)
  • Ability to design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics for executive and operational reporting
  • Experience with data integration from multiple sources and systems
  • Ability to analyze trends, risks, and performance indicators to support data‑driven decision‑making
  • Familiarity with enterprise reporting environments and secure data‑handling practices
