Purpose
As a Analyst, Digital Identity Management on our Access and Authentication team, you’ll lead the strategy and delivery of secure, seamless authentication experiences for Digital Banking. Your work will directly influence how customers access and interact with our platforms, ensuring both exceptional user experience and robust protection. This is a highly collaborative role with visibility across the Scotia Connect Platform and multiple business lines.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure all initiatives align with the Access and Authentication strategy, vision, and roadmap, while contributing to its evolution with Product and Technology teams.
  • Define and prioritize features, themes, and epics based on business value, risk, and customer impact.
  • Maintain a transparent and well-groomed backlog that reflects both short-term deliverables and long-term goals.
  • Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and readiness for development.
  • Foster a shared understanding of requirements across your squad and actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with UX and design experts to deliver intuitive, frictionless authentication experiences that balance usability and security.
  • Advocate for accessibility and customer-centric design principles in all digital journeys.
  • Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure all solutions meet evolving regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business lines, technology teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication of goals, progress, and priorities.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain alignment on objectives across diverse audiences.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to define go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch using KPIs and customer feedback, and continuously iterate to improve functionality and user experience.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • 3–5+ years of Product Management experience in cash management or digital banking.
  • Experience lead end-to-end delivery of technology-driven products or services.
  • Embrace a can-do mindset, adapt quickly, and pivot when necessary.
  • Bring experience in web, mobile, or microservice development, with a focus on fraud and security.
  • Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excel at problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Have experience building roadmaps using tools like Mural.
  • Knowledge of Digital Identity within Cash Management is a strong asset.
