Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Access Analyst to join our Canadian corporate access team. The corporate access analyst supports the execution and growth of the firm’s corporate access platform, facilitating high-quality interactions between corporate management teams and institutional investors. This role is responsible for coordinating investor meetings, conferences, non-deal roadshows and bespoke access opportunities while partnering closely with equity research, sales & trading and investment banking. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment. 

 
What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and execute meetings for non-deal roadshows, analyst marketing, expert events, site visits and conferences
  • Manage logistics including scheduling, agendas, client targeting, sourcing venues and on-site execution of various events
  • Maintain accurate event data, attendance tracking and post-event reporting
  • Act as a liaison between corporates, institutional investors, sales teams, research analysts, and bankers
  • Ensure a high level of service and professionalism across all client interactions
  • Support senior Corporate Access team members in day-to-day client engagement
  • Maintain corporate access activity within internal CRM and meeting management systems
  • Track KPIs including meeting volumes, investor engagement, conference utilization and corporate participation
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights and recommendations
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions

 
What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience (internships or co-op experience in financial services an asset)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and strong execution mindset
  • Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Experience supporting conferences or client-facing events an asset
  • Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable working with senior executives and institutional clients
  • Interest in capital markets and relationship-driven businesses
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook


Work Arrangement: 
This position is currently an on-site role, with the expectation that you will work at least 4 days a week in the office. Please note that this is subject to change based on the needs of the business.
