Job Purpose

Responsible for accurate, efficient and timely settlement of all London transactions. Should be focused on minimizing dealing, operational, and settlement risks through accurate, efficient and timely settlement of all London transactions


Any other tasks that maybe assign by superior.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • To ensure timely settlement of trades to counterparties
  • Monitor and settle same day trades.
  • Ensuring action taken against all items outstanding as per cash reconciliation email.
  • Resolving any late payments/receipts related issues.
  • Responding to all customer queries.
  • Input/instruct invoices/ notes/trades/prefunding/transfers.
  • Instruct/post finance related invoices/expenses.
  • Prepare funding for all currencies (i.e. USD/EUR/GBP).
  • Monitor and transfer funds from/to Nostro accounts.
  • Monitor for incoming funds.
  • Instruct trades from first touch in OSP queue.
  • Monitor reject and pairing queue.
  • Ensure all Nostro accounts are funded and required balances maintained.
  • Monitor for receipts in various Nostro accounts
  • Input of Mid-rates.
  • Instruct month-end interest on customer accounts.
  • Monitor and resolve uninstructed items

Education/ Experience

  • Undergraduate Degree, High School Graduation, Diploma
  • Designation, Licensing
  • Specific working experience; number of years of experience in the field
  • Specific bank and/or industry specific experience
  • Specific functional or product knowledge
  • Specific regulatory or compliance knowledge

Hours of Work 4:00am - 12:30pm (London time)

* Taxi to come in at 4:00am is provided
