Is this role right for you?
With Aspire, you’ll gain early exposure to Commercial Banking by working on meaningful projects and learning directly from experienced professionals. You’ll have opportunities to:
- Deepen partner and stakeholder relationships by championing client needs and delivering actionable recommendations that support business goals and ongoing initiatives.
- Provide administrative and research support to client relationship teams, including preparing presentations, project plans, and learning materials for various projects.
- Build strong analytical and communication skills by gathering and synthesizing information to enable informed, collaborative decision-making.
- Contribute timely, high-quality support on key projects by understanding business needs and driving process improvements.
- Partner across teams to help drive business outcomes and process improvements.
- Foster a client-focused culture by consistently demonstrating adaptability, energy, and a personable approach in all client interactions.
- Ensure that the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture are considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Key requirements:
- You are enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have good presentation skills and consistently demonstrate professionalism
- You have a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn about Commercial Banking
