If you're interested in strategy, business transformation, and execution, this opportunity will provide hands-on exposure to the team responsible for helping drive Global Transaction Banking's strategic priorities and business performance. You'll gain experience supporting strategic initiatives, business planning, performance reporting, process improvements, and cross-functional projects while building strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The Global Transaction Banking team provides integrated cash management, payments, liquidity, trade and working capital solutions to commercial and corporate clients. We partner closely with commercial coverage teams to help clients optimize cash flow, manage operational risk, and support domestic and cross-border business activity. Through a combination of specialized expertise, digital platforms, and global connectivity, we enable clients to run their businesses more efficiently and scale across markets.

Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives through research, analysis, and project coordination.

Collaborate with partners across Global Transaction Banking and Commercial Banking to support business outcomes and client-focused solutions.

Ensure that the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture are considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Key requirements:

You are enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field

You have good presentation skills and consistently demonstrate professionalism
