The Wealth Management Associate Program is a salaried development program aimed at developing sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a Wealth Advisory role. The program offers a strong foundation in financial planning, relationship building, and client discovery- skills that are highly valued in Advisory careers. You're completing an undergraduate or master’s degree by January 2027, or you are a recent graduate with less than 5 years of experience and have developed a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.

You keep current on issues affecting the financial affairs of clients, including a general knowledge of income tax, investment trends and products, as well as any other issues impacting clients.

You are interested in client meeting preparation, drafting post meeting notes and identifying next opportunities, gathering and inputting financial data resulting from discovery conversations.

You are interested in the preparation of comprehensive financial plans and specific investment strategies based on MD Management developed and managed optimal portfolio ranges

Ongoing support during the Program through various touch points with the Program Lead, Total Wealth Planning leaders, and your local Manager.
