The Team

Business Analyst Specialist plays an integral part in bringing the business and development worlds together to deliver a high quality Automotive Indirect Lending product.


The role:

Resolving highly complex, multi-faceted problems to meet the needs of the Automotive Indirect Lending Business, by applying their financial and technological knowledge to the design of methodologies, models, and/or systems solutions.  This may involve rapid prototyping, with requirements and solutions developed on an iterative basis that provides interim deliverables until a final production solution is created.  This includes conducting research and analysis, accurately and clearly defining user requirements and processes, testing, and liaising and providing support to the business users.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

  • University/College degree; or 3-5 years related work experience
  • Good understanding of current Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF) practices, AGILE experience, systems development techniques, including requirements specification and testing methodologies, real-time analytical and formal modeling tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced analytic and problem solving skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Confluence, Team Foundation Server (TFS), HPQC and asset
