Purpose
Assisting Credit Execution, Corporate Banking Department in Singapore ensuring specific individual tasks, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Job Requirement

Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily administrative operations support for APAC
- Managing calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations and taking minutes at meetings.
- Responding to and/or redirecting inquiries on a timely manner
- Responsible for addressing and managing sensitive issues develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives and strategic planning
- o Assisting in the research and analysis or administrative practices.
- o Identifying and analyzing issues and concerns
- Assisting with the planning, formulating and implementing of reports and recommendations
- Completing of special projects and/or research as assigned.
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Report on compliance and regulatory issue to APAC management and the Board of Directors of SSAL.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable law expectations, regulatory requirements, policies and procedure.
- Act as a liaison to facilitate communication between Director of Credit Execution with various departments, boards, committees and external agencies.

Education / Experience / Other Information
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field
- Fresh graduate or with at least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
- High resilience and ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with strong organization skills and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with expected collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the local regulatory, political and economic conditions and its effect on the profitability and credit exposure of the Bank is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint and other apps standard in the banking industry.
