The Team
Information Security & Control (IS&C)’s Strategy & Planning team is responsible for coordinating the Bank’s information security strategies, managing the department’s financial and human resource operations, and providing operational intelligence & advisory services to senior executive management.


The role:
The Vendor Management Analyst is responsible for

  • Ensuring data integrity of third-party contract management system and expense artifacts, e.g. quotes, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, etc.
  • Managing invoice repository / database currency, create management reports and related action items
  • Generating and validating completeness of purchase orders including funding availability, source, etc., monitor progress on ERP systems
  • Onboarding / offboarding equipment / system / location access for incoming / departing personnel
  • Developing & demonstrating SME level knowledge on operating expense categories, primarily telecommunications, employee training & certification and professional membership
  • Being the prime analyst for budgeting / forecasting / reporting on the expense categories

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

  • You possess good communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills in English. The same in Spanish is an asset.
  • You have at least 3 years of working experience in financial management, including expense tracking, budgeting and analysis.
  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office productivity suite, and at least intermediate level of expertise in Excel.
