As the Digital Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing digital learning content based on established learning frameworks and in alignment with courses designed by Learning Experience Designers.



  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge
  • Develops or advises the overall framework, strategy and technical design of digital assets, ensuring alignment with learning needs and service level agreements  
  • Coordinates with Learning Experience Designers in the development of digital learning content, and develops digital assets based on scripts or storyboards
  • Utilizes technical knowledge to develop digital learning content in alignment with courses designed by Instructional Designers
  • Maintains e-learning programs to ensure up-to-date learning content, friendly usability, troubleshooting technical issues, etc.
  • Provides end-user support and resolves low risk inquiries and concerns
  • Understands how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions


Education / Experience / Other Information

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Digital Communications, or Adult Learning is an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of Lectora eLearning software
  • Advanced knowledge of developing for Accessibility according to AODA standard
  • Previous experience in designing and developing digital learning content preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven teamwork capabilities
  • French and Spanish language skills an asset


This position will be a contract ending December 31, 2018.
