BRIEF INTRODUCTION

 

The Assistant Branch Administrator/Branch Systems Administrator plays an important role in supporting the Branch Management Team by helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations, strong administrative support, and effective technology functionality across the branch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent service, solving problems, supporting people, and helping create an efficient, well-run branch environment.

   

IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU

 

In the role you will: 

 

  • Consistently demonstrate a high level of internal and external client service
  • Support the Branch Management Team with administrative activities, operational efficiencies, and branch support staff coordination
  • Help ensure the quality, consistency, and efficiency of branch operations
  • Assist with the execution and implementation of procedures to support compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations
  • Provide hands-on technical support to branch staff, including proactive and reactive support for workstation, voice communication, and multi-function device issues
  • Act as a liaison with the Helpdesk and Branch Training and Support Team to help resolve technology-related issues efficiently
  • Support basic training on applications and escalate issues to internal or external providers as needed

 

 

DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS

 

We would love to work with you if you have: 

 

  • Experience in branch administration, operations, technology support, or a client-service focused environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support internal partners, branch staff, and clients in a professional and respectful manner
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, time management, and follow-through
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Comfort providing basic IT support to end-users and troubleshooting common technology issues
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with familiarity using various operating systems and platforms
