Position: Senior MIS Analyst, RBBO Support | Retail and Business Banking Operations
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:30 Am- 5:30 AM / 4 hours upon request On Saturdays.
Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of the Retail and Business Banking Operations Unit for Canadian Operations by executing the day-to-day functions of the Management Information Systems (MIS) function, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of all operational reporting, data management, and ad-hoc analysis. Supports the MIS Manager by maintaining and improving reporting systems, implementing standardized processes, and acting as a key point of contact for operational data requests. Contributes directly to data-driven decision-making by producing high-quality reports, maintaining critical data sources, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Accountabilities
• Act as a primary point of contact for operational data requests from team leaders and business partners, escalating complex inquiries to the MIS Manager as needed.
• Support the RBBO MIS function by executing ongoing projects and preparing data to support strategic objectives aligned with RBBO and GBS goals.
• Contribute to the standardization of data collection methodologies and reporting processes by adhering to established practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Liaise with team leaders and business partners to gather data, clarify reporting requirements, and provide support for operational data needs.
• Operational Reporting & Data Execution:
Prepare Monthly Strategic Reporting, gathering data across all GBS RBBO teams to measure productivity, SLAs, QC, Volumes, FTE count, Chargebacks and compiling initial summaries for management review.
Execute and maintain Productivity Reports for Retail Operations, providing necessary updates and ensuring data accuracy.
Manage daily Hybrid Rotation planning and Floor Map Maintenance, ensuring floor capacity alignment, and handling ad-hoc requests for changes due to team events or business needs.
Conducts monthly Hybrid Model compliance validation ensuring all officers in the hybrid model meet required KPIs and assistance requirements.
Maintain the RBBO Staff List, keeping it up to date for strategic decision-making, BCP for Weather Events, and Tenure calculations.
Conduct monthly Chargeback Analysis, updating departmental chargeback finance results and liaising with team leaders to understand variances.
Manage the GBS RBBO SharePoint, including access control and the creation/maintenance of Microsoft List pages.
Support the review of performance calculation methodologies across departments by providing data and identifying potential improvements.
• Ad-hoc Reporting Support: Create ad-hoc presentations and perform financial calculations for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making, under the guidance of the MIS Manager.
• Ensure that any potential data integrity issues or operational risks are identified and escalated appropriately to the MIS Manager.

Education / Experience / Other Information
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; alternatively, a Technical or Associate-level degree in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence will be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry with exposure to data analysis, business intelligence, or operations support activities.
• Experience contributing to data analysis projects and reporting initiatives is required.
• Proven experience in maintaining and executing reporting systems, dashboards, and automation solutions.
• Advance level of English/Spanish (spoken/written).
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and advanced Excel (including Power Query, complex formulas, VBA).
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and Structured Query Language (SQL) and SharePoint management (including Microsoft Lists) is a strong asset.
Organizational and motivational skills and the ability to prioritize/delegate and deal with a variety of complex tasks and situations on an ongoing basis.
