The Senior Analyst helps to ensure that the financial management processes of the countries that make up International Banking (IB) . They will contribute both to the construction and to the guidelines, to have standardized reporting across IB. They will support countries in the best practices to implement the necessary improvements in their management models (MIS). The Senior Analyst also ensures that all activities carried out are carried out in accordance with the internal rules, policies and procedures.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen customer relationships and leverage the Bank's extensive relationships, systems and expertise.
- Implement and maintain a variety of automated processes, both calculation and reporting
- Develop and maintain the result calculation engines.
- Be responsible for reviewing the quality of the databases used for management information and reporting.
- Provide support for automated processes and proposals for process improvements.
- Assist with report creation and presentations.
- Maintain baselines, dashboards, reports and processes of the area.
- Analyze and model data associated with its management.
- Be responsible for the definition, development, maintenance and control of the policies associated with the business management information modeling strategy.
- Understand the Bank's risk culture and how risk appetite should be considered in daily activities and decisions.
- Actively conduct effective and efficient operations in their respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, compliance and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls in order to comply with obligations aimed at reducing operational risk, the risk of regulatory non-compliance, the risk of money laundering and terrorist financing and conduct risk. These include responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, the Regulatory Breach Risk Management Framework, the International Manual for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have experience with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 3-5 years experience in dashboard programming, SQL and process automation
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is an assest
- Advanced knowledge of database architecture
- Knowledge of data modeling and SQL Server platforms 2014 onwards
- Certifications or desirable training in mentioned technologies, project management.
