Manager Value Proposition - Payments

Purpose:

Responsible for developing and communicating compelling value propositions for cardholders. This role focuses on translating partner offerings into customer-centric benefits that drive adoption, transaction volume, and loyalty. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Life Cycle, the position requires expertise in payment systems, marketing, and data-driven insights.

Requeriments:

•    University degree with strong working knowledge of payments, value proposition, digital wallets and new payments trends beyond cards.
• Experience in designing value propositions or go-to-market strategies; payments experience is desirable
•    Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM platforms; strong storytelling and presentation skills.
•    Exceptional interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration and partner engagement.
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to work independently to accomplish tasks are essential.
•    Experience with Banking, Fintechs or the Financial Industry is an asset.

•    Bilingual (English-Spanish)

Accountabilities:

•    Develop and refine value propositions for customer offerings (features, services, payments option, etc), conducting market research and customer analysis to ensure offerings resonate.

•    Engage card processors to evaluate the value proposition platform´s capabilities, integration opportunities and process enhancements supporting current and new payment experiences.  As well as ensuring effective, simple and empathetic communication for the client.

•    Collaborate with key stakeholders (marketing, product, segments, and sales teams, external partners) to design and deliver value-added features that enhance adoption and engagement.

•    Analyze partner performance data and customer feedback (e.g., acceptance, adoption rates, transaction frequency, ) to iterate on value propositions, optimizing for engagement and satisfaction metrics.

•    Develop positioning and go-to-market strategies that highlight partner value and support business goals.

•    Lifecycle of value proposition development, from ideation and testing to launch and ongoing evaluation, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.

•    Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to recommend innovative value propositions, such as seamless cross-border payment solutions.

•    Ensure alignment with compliance, legal, and risk frameworks in all initiatives.
