The Banking Services Administrator is tasked with ensuring accurate and timely processing of all client withdrawals, as well as other duties as assigned.


Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Audit and process all client withdrawals including cheques, EFT’s (Electronic Funds Transfers) and Wires Transfers, in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring proper documentation is on file/received and reviewed
  • Respond quickly to ad hoc request from Team Lead and from other departments
  • Ensure priority or escalated inquiries from clients are appropriately actioned
  • Recommend, develop and implement process improvements where possible
  • Assist the Senior Banking Services Administrator and/or Team Lead on various projects, as well as the adoption and implementation of new initiatives
  • Champion a client focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge


Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • Three to five years of financial services and/or banking experience
  • A college diploma or university degree in Business Administration
  • A thorough understanding of Banking Services’ processes and procedures
  • A sound understanding of the financial services industry and in-depth knowledge of banking and bank practices
  • Excellent attention to detail competencies, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • A high level of technical expertise with various software packages - proficient in the use of Microsoft Windows including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Effective written and oral communication skillsThe ability to be agile and change tasks as priorities change
  • The ability to work autonomously and as a team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated analytical expertise
  • A proven commitment to achieving results and meeting tight deadlines
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
