With Aspire, you’ll gain early exposure to Agriculture Banking by working on meaningful assignments and learning from experienced professionals. You’ll have opportunities to: 

 

  • Support relationship teams with client research, financial analysis, and credit-related activities. 

  • Learn about agricultural operations, industry trends, and the factors that influence clients’ financial performance. 

  • Conduct company and industry analysis to support credit and business decisions. 

  • Help assess financing needs, risk considerations, and opportunities across a range of agricultural and agribusiness clients. 

  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with partners across Agriculture Banking and the broader Bank. 

  • Strengthen your analytical, communication, and professional judgment in a collaborative environment. 

  • Champion a client-focused culture and consider the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture in day-to-day activities and decisions.

  • You are enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 

  • You have strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • You have good presentation skills and consistently demonstrate professionalism 

  • You have a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn about Commercial Banking
