Title:  Senior Manager, Data Quality

Contributes to the overall success of the US Data Governance Office / Global Banking and Markets managing the measurement of data quality for Critical Data Elements.



  • Perform data profiling and data analysis, in support of the US DGO Program.
  • Through data visualization, provide stakeholders with foundational knowledge of underlying data quality, enabling data which is fit for purpose.
  • Responsible for adherence to the Data Policy.
  • Design and build out Data Quality environments across Unix, Data Lakes and other technology landscapes (for example Graphs). Deep hands on experience in using multiple DQ tools on both UNIX and Data Lakes.
  • Hands on experience in designing and building out DQ Visualization (Dashboards) with experience in Tableau and Power BI
  • Required to translate business rules to DQ assessment rules and ensure completeness of DQ coverage. 
  • Responsible for new demand and prioritization.
  • Responsible for projects following the Data Quality Playbook.
  • Creation of queries for use in Data Quality measures, meets with stakeholders for rule approval for use in measurement/visualization.
  • Manage and change management of DQ rules in the metadata repository.
  • Development and production release of DQ monitoring.
  • Design and development of DQ dashboards with drill down and drill around capability. Consolidate measurements and assess areas requiring attention.
  • Responsible to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for the Data Maturity Model DQ assessment and metrics.
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
  • Ensures the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

  • Responsible for DQ measurement for the US Global, Banking and Markets business line
  • Responsible for a portfolio of projects



  • Bachelor or MBA degree
  • Global Banking and Markets experience or Capital Markets experience


Working Conditions

  • Work in a standard office-based environment.  Limited travel domestically and internationally.
