Overview

You’ll be reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and responsible for managing end-to-end campus talent acquisition, including; building, executing, developing on campus strategy and managing campus recruiters. Part of a global Campus Recruitment Team, you’ll have access to the best of the best in terms of leadership and direction, but solely managing the US program.

What You’ll Do:

Design US Campus program in partnership with the Global Director of Campus Recruitment

Create and deliver presentations on and off-campus to our key target schools

Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates across various geographies through all stages of the recruiting pipeline. Assessing candidates, managing relationships, working and negotiating with key vendors and internal business leaders.

Manage social media deliverables, leveraging technologies and continuously looking for process improvement

Planning, managing and executing events and large-scale conferences

 

 

 

Skills You’ll Need:

Multiple years of experience in campus recruitment or program management experience

Ability to manage a lot at once and manage many people/relationships

Creative and enthusiastic personality with a friendly and positive outlook

Excellent organization skills, creativity and self-motivation

Ability to travel throughout the US and work outside of the core “9-5”

 

 

 

Skills That Will Help You Excel:

A University Degree or Post-Graduate Degree in a field relating to Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Commerce is preferred, though not required.
