Purpose

The Structured Finance Business Manager supports the Structured Finance businesses within Global Capital Markets (GCM), including Structured Credit, Securitization, and Mortgages. The role is responsible for advancing product strategy, financial management, performance monitoring, and execution of strategic initiatives across the platform.
Working closely with Product Heads, Desk Heads, Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, and other control functions, the incumbent helps drive business performance, enable growth, and ensure alignment with GCM and Bank-wide strategic priorities.
The role contributes to the overall success of the GCM Business Management team by ensuring business objectives, strategic initiatives, and financial goals are effectively planned, executed, measured, and communicated. |

What You’ll Bring
- Deep knowledge of Structured Credit & Finance businesses (required)
- Product strategy
- Financial analysis and planning
- A strong culture, risk, and controls mindset
- The ability to be highly proactive and lead with a collaborative approach
- Strong communication skills; ability to distil key themes from large amounts of information
- The ability to prioritize amongst many competing deliverables at any given time
- An aptitude and interest in developing deep relationships with stakeholders across groups
- Strong MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Excel, Word (required)
