Debt Capital Markets Analyst – Latin America DCM

 

PURPOSE:
As an Analyst/Associate of the Debt Capital Markets Latin America & Caribbean team, the job is responsible for supporting senior officers of the team in the generation of new business opportunities in the region as well as successfully executing current mandates. The job provides support in administrative issues and the elaboration of marketing material according to New York guidelines.   

 


MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    Secondary coverage and back-up for client marketing efforts across all industries
    P&L reporting
    Preparation of pipeline reports
    Provide marketing material support for New York and the countries in the region
    Preparation of indicative pricing for DCM structures
    Complete and execute documentation for client debt issuance, including prospectuses, trust indentures, underwriting and purchase agreements, due diligence, offering memorandums, marketing packages, and term sheets
    Deal metrics calculations for internal risk processes
    Work closely with sales and trading to obtain comparable pricing and analytics
    Market and economic analysis
    Statistical analysis of client activity, country activity and product activity

 

EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE/DESIGNATION:
 Required: Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business or Economics.  Series 7, Series 63
               Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
