Associate/Associate Director, Global Fixed Income, Product Delivery Manager, Global Banking & Markets

Purpose

Own and industrialize the end-to-end delivery of electronic fixed income (Rates & Credit) product initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across business, technology, operations, and external partners, while freeing the Product Manager to focus on strategy, product vision, and client value creation. Act as the single point of accountability for execution, driving delivery discipline, managing dependencies, and ensuring that complex, cross-functional initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

What You'll Do

1. Delivery Execution & Operating Model Leadership

  • Own end-to-end delivery across eFI (Rates & Credit), translating Product Manager priorities into structured execution plans, sequencing, and timelines.
  • Establish and enforce a consistent delivery operating model (Agile/hybrid), including cadences, governance, and execution discipline.
  • Act as the central execution lead across Trading, Technology, Quants, and vendors to ensure aligned delivery.

  1. Execution Control: Dependencies, Releases & Governance
  • Own the end-to-end dependency map and critical path, aligning Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Vendors.
  • Manage the release lifecycle and cadence, ensuring coordinated delivery of features, regulatory changes, and platform upgrades.
  • Enforce delivery governance and prioritization discipline (e.g. Jira), partnering with Product Manager, Quants, and leadership to balance scope, sequencing, and feasibility.

3. Risk, Integration & Production Readiness

  • Own delivery risk across system integration, client onboarding/connectivity, regulatory approvals, and cross-platform dependencies.
  • Drive production readiness and cutover execution, including validation, rollback planning, and contingency management.
  • Ensure all initiatives meet regulatory, compliance, and operational control standards, working closely with control functions.

4. Vendor & External Delivery Management

  • Lead execution across external vendors, venues, and technology providers, ensuring alignment to internal timelines and platform strategy.
  • Own TPRM execution in partnership with Procurement, Legal, and Information Security.
  • Drive vendor onboarding, contracting, and delivery accountability, enforcing quality and performance standards.

5. Desk Analytics & Execution Insight Enablement

  • Translate business priorities into delivered analytics capabilities, including execution quality (TCA), pricing, liquidity, and client behavior insights.
  • Drive the delivery and integration of analytics platforms and data pipelines, embedding real-time insights directly into trading workflows (UI, APIs, dashboards).
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and cross-platform alignment, while providing visibility into analytics adoption, performance, and delivery gaps.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years of expertise in budgeting, planning, and project management within electronic trading environments.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent required.
  • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional ability to manage priorities, timelines, and resources effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strategic Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and well-structured presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with U.S. legal and regulatory requirements applicable to non-U.S. financial institutions engaged in corporate banking and institutional trading and sales activities is highly desirable.
