Overview/Purpose:
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable professional to join our U.S. Structured Notes team. In this role, you will help drive the origination and distribution of cross-asset structured notes to a diverse client base, including private banks, broker dealers and RIAs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of structured products, strong client relationships, and a proven ability to navigate complex financial instruments. This is a dynamic opportunity to work with a growing team, contribute to product innovation, and play a key role in expanding our structured notes business.
What You’ll Do
- Originate, market, and distribute structured notes to a wide range of clients.
- Deliver tailored investment strategies and solutions by understanding client objectives and translating them into actionable structured product ideas.
- Develop sales strategy and client relationships to offer cross asset structured products
- Provide technical expertise and analysis on derivative strategies and market impacts
- Assist in business development initiatives, including platform and digital enhancements to best serve our clients
- Collaborate with the trading team to develop and optimize structured investments targeting high net worth individuals
- Monitor lifecycle process and manage desk flow to effectively serve and support our clients
- Coordinate with internal teams including legal, tax, compliance, internal controls
- Liaise with outside counsel for ongoing business and to help build out capabilities for future trades
- Assist with secondary market making role and pricing contributions
- Support automation efforts, new application projects and system upgrades to improve processes and increase efficiencies
What You’ll Bring
- FINRA Series SIE, 7 and 63
- 4+ years of experience in structured sales
- Proven track record of established relationships with private banks, broker dealers, RIA’s, and asset managers in the U.S.
