Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of the Global Securitization team in the United States, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted follow governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Execution & Syndicate Support
- Support execution of securitized products new issue transactions across ABS, CMBS, and RMBS
- Assist in deal marketing, bookbuilding, pricing, and allocation processes
Market & Investor Analytics
- Monitor primary and secondary market conditions across securitized asset classes
- Analyze spread movements, issuance trends, investor demand, and relative value
Analytical & Modeling Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models and analytics to support transactions and market analysis
- Perform collateral and structure analysis to support deal positioning
- Compile comparable transaction data, historic pricing trends, and market benchmarks
- Maintain databases tracking issuance, pricing, investor participation, and performance metrics
Banking Analyst–Level Responsibilities
- Prepare client‑ and investor‑ready presentation materials and offering support analyses
- Conduct due diligence and review transaction documentation
- Assist senior team members in responding to client and investor inquiries
- Manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines with attention to detail
- Support ad‑hoc analytical projects and strategic initiatives for the desk
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrates sound knowledge of securitization fundamentals, with experience in ABS preferred
- Degree in Business or related field. MBA/CPA/CFA or other industry designation is helpful
- Banking experience in a Structured Finance or related environment preferred
- Requires computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiencies as well as excellent written and oral communication skills
- A high level of commitment and a strong sense of teamwork are needed to succeed in the role
- Series 63 & 79 preferred
