2026 Corporate Banking Portfolio Team Analyst- NYC

- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Complete all client portfolio activities including annual reviews, quarterly reviews, KYC review, credit requests including rating upgrades and downgrades, early warning memorandums, and more
- Build financial models using established templates, incorporating insights from historical financials, forward looking projections, and relevant industry research
- Build and deepen industry knowledge across assigned sector coverage to support high quality credit analysis and client insights.
- Assist with various ad-hoc tasks including conducting industry reviews, validating/providing internal compliance documentation, and updating internal reports for management
- Support deal execution on an ad hoc basis at the direction of Pod Leads.
- Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.

- Execute portfolio management activities for Corporate Banking clients across multiple industry sectors
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work
