As a member of the branch team you are responsible for contributing to your branch’s overall success
by meeting negotiated goals through the identification and satisfaction of customer needs. Success
will be achieved through meeting the goals negotiated with your supervisor. These assigned goals
include specific personal sales goals, sales activity goals, along with other objectives relating to
teamwork, customer service and personal development. You are responsible to contribute to the
provision of human, straightforward and knowledgeable service through your daily interactions to
create a relationship of mutual trust and confidence with our customers and other employees.
The primary focus of the Relationship Officer is to provide total financial relationship management to
the branch’s most valuable customers. You will be given a portfolio of your Branch’s most valuable
customers and will be expected to carry out a contact, retention & deepening program to strengthen
and grow our relationships with these customers.
