What will your role be?

You will be an integral part in helping us deliver on this every day.

 

Our Sr. Service Officer team champions a customer focused culture to our Commercial banking customers for processing and credit support requests.

 

 

What will you be doing?

  • You will demonstrate your passion for superior customer service for our existing commercial clients by:
  • Updating loans, accounts, products and services
  • Monitoring accounts and loans to ensure balances and payments are up to date
  • Reviewing and processing of daily overdrafts, delinquencies, annual reviews, lending advances/payouts etc.
  • Your ability to build strong relationships will allow you to be an active partner by:
  • Working with stakeholders and business lines to initiate changes, resolve servicing issues, remove roadblocks, reduce costs and improve services
  • Your sense of urgency and problem-solving abilities will allow you to:
  • Promptly respond to service inquiries, concerns and complaints from business partners
  • Reduce business and customer impact by analyzing situations and provide solutions to overcome obstacles  

 

Skills You Already Have

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a bank or financial institution
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and through email
  • Ability to thrive in changing environments

 

 

 

Hours of operation: This team provides National coverage Monday- Friday between 7AM-8PM. You will be assigned a 7.5 hour shift within these times. (Hours may change based on operational requirements)
