What will your role be?

You will be an integral part in helping us deliver on this every day.

 

Our Service Officer team champions a customer focused culture for our Corporate and Commercial banking customers by providing support for day-to-day client inquiries and investigations.

 

What will you be doing?

You will demonstrate your passion for superior customer service, your focused sense of urgency and your problem-solving abilities by:

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of relevant products and services, processes and policies
  • Reviewing and responding to high volumes of daily inquiries and investigations, including: account balance inquiries, account and transaction verifications, account/loan investigations etc.
  • Responding promptly to service inquiries, concerns and complaints to resolve day-to-day servicing issues
  • Reducing business and client impact by analyzing situations and providing solutions to overcome obstacles

 

This role requires you to be comfotable speaking on the phone for most and/or part of your day.

 

Skills you already have

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role (banking or other related service industry preferred)
  • Ability to communicate effectively through telephone and email
  • Ability to thrive in changing environments

 

Hours of operation: This team provides National coverage Monday- Friday between 7AM-8PM. You will be assigned a 7.5 hour shift within these hours.
