Purpose
We are seeking a seasoned, results-oriented professional with over 10 years of experience to join the Scotia Wealth Management team in Mexico. This Sr. Manager will contribute to the overall success of the International Wealth management business line by executing on the global strategic partnerships strategy while ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in alignment of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted follow governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
The Sr. Manager will manage the collaboration in their jurisdiction between the Wealth Management (“WM”) team, Local Bank Business Lines and External Strategic Parties. This oversight materialized through his/her senior expertise in crafting, creating and delivering business strategies, Strategic partnerships plans, business disciplines, and ensure initiatives are
executed/delivered in compliance with governing regulations and internal policies. This role contributes to the long-term profitability of the International Wealth Management business line by driving and
promoting cross-referrals between the Wealth and its Partners, increasing client acquisition, and decreasing attrition. The role demands exceptional senior stakeholder management skills, given its accountability to multiple business lines,requiring the incumbent to establish and communicate mutually beneficial value propositions.

• Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. This includes proposing, tracking, and reporting KPIs to Local and Central office.
• Provides definition, implementation, reporting and analysis to measure success of the program, both at the level of pods as wells as individual Wealth Manager (WM) and Relationship Manager (WM).
• Define and implement the processes to identify opportunities and optimize efficiency, establishing tools and resources to embed process improvements to achieve standards of excellence.
• Owns communication of results of all strategic partnerships, and implementation of collaboration strategies and best practices. Align Client-Centricity through Coaching & Support
• Drives a customer-centric culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
• Contributes to partnership business development plans, sales excellence playbooks that align with the IWM strategicobjectives.
• Builds and maintains an extensive network of relationships with key partners in Retail, Corporate-Commercial, Wealth & with strategic external partners, generating bilateral referrals and driving a stable, growing, and profitable business line forward for shareholders.
• Works closely with the Relationship Managers, Group Leads, District Managers, Wealth Advisors, Private Bankers and other partners across the bank to jointly review client lists to identify prospects and provide education and coaching on the Total Wealth proposition, SWM offerings and other Banking solutions.
• Drives results for members at Wealth & Partner Business lines in identifying opportunities and finding solutions for prospects; available to attend occasional client meetings with the RMs and WMs members.
• Drives and manages sales disciplines appropriately to ensure that the partnership between Wealth and Partner Business lines achieves its objectives.
• Creates an environment in which he/she pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct, and the Global Sales Principles while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to
operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk. Strategic Development & Execution:
• Lead the implementation of long and short-term strategies, initiatives, and programs for increased collaboration between multiple business lines and Scotia Wealth Management partners.
• Innovatively identify and implement strategies ensuring distinct market positioning, sustained growth, and profitability, driven by customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Foster a high-performance culture of inclusive leadership, clear vision communication, effective collaboration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and Business leads to implement integrated partnership initiatives, including sales management tactics.

REQUISITOS:
• 10+ years of experience in banking & wealth management, emphasizing responsibility for business development, sales management, and high-level executive communication.
• Demonstrated Results orientated with proven teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good understanding of the Bank’s structures, processes, resources, and delivery networks of financial products and services within the context of the Bank’s sales and service strategies across the various delivery channels
• Development and execution of programs, products, systems, and regulatory requirements will have on existing operations and client offerings.
• Proven experience in strong relationship management skills; ability to build and maintain strong
 ollaborative client and internal/external partner relationships at a Sr. level.
• Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to constantly changing environments.
• Possesses excellent self-awareness and seeks feedback to leverage opportunities.
• Strong organization and time management skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Degree or postgraduate degree, preferably with a focus in business, sales or similar.
