Accountabilities:
Product Strategy, Roadmaps & Gap Diagnostics
• Define and maintain the Liquidity Solutions strategy (vision, positioning, differentiation) across products; integrate with GTB products for multi‑product value propositions; ensure viability with Finance, Treasury/ALM, Risk, Compliance.
• Conduct market, client, and internal diagnostics to identify client needs and internal control/efficiency gaps across front‑to‑back flows (onboarding, booking, pooling/sweeps, accruals, reconciliations, exceptions, reporting); quantify impact (revenue, cost, risk, CX) and prioritize initiatives.
• Build and align Mexico + IB country roadmaps to regional architecture/standards and local market practices; harmonize to minimize fragmentation and enable scalability/time‑to‑market.
• Co-create with coverage to ensure client centric & use-case mindset.
E2E Design, Standardization, Automation
• Establish standard process templates, E2E workflows, RACI, and control inventories; remediate gaps (manual steps, breakpoints, audit evidence, handoffs) and embed KPIs (STP, cycle time, defects/breakage, cost‑to‑serve) in dashboards.
• Migrate fragmented country/team processes to a target operating model (policies, procedures, controls, tooling) with structured change (inventory, fit‑gap, cutover, training, benefits).
• Translate strategy into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps; define E2E journeys and front‑to‑back workflows across channels, core banking, pooling engines, investment platforms, reporting, billing.
• Deliver AI/Robotics/RPA use cases under model risk, data governance, and control frameworks.
• Maintain a Liquidity Operating Model Optimization Roadmap to reduce operational risk, strengthen first/second‑line controls, increase efficiency (automation, STP, de‑duplication, right‑shoring), and improve client experience.
Delivery, Readiness, GTM & Post‑Launch
• Orchestrate cross‑functional delivery (Tech, Ops, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Tax, Finance, Sales, Servicing); remove blockers; ensure scope/quality/controls.
• Own Readiness Kits and stage‑gate governance: SOPs/runbooks, control checklists/RCSA, support model & SLAs/OLAs, KPIs/monitoring, UAT & defect triage, go/no‑go, training, FAQs, client docs; run decision forums and risk sign‑offs
• GTM: define value propositions, segments, pricing/packaging, launch plans; deliver enablement (pitch, playbooks, competitive positioning); support RFPs and pilots as SME.
• Post‑launch: track adoption, revenue/margins, STP, breakage, SLA, defects/complaints, NPS/CSAT; feed insights into optimization sprints and roadmap, remove friction for faster time‑to‑market and consistent execution.
• Establish country/segment feedback loops to improve usability, controls, and CX while upholding regional standards.
Book of Work (BOW) Ownership
• Own the Liquidity BOW (regional + Mexico): intake, prioritization, dependency mapping, capacity alignment, transparent status/risks.
• Build business cases (NII/NIM, fees/mix, balance‑sheet usage, cost‑to‑serve, risk mitigation, CX); size before/after with baselines, targets, measurement and acceptance criteria.
• Apply prioritization frameworks (value/effort, RICE, WSJF) consider regulatory/AML, control health, client commitments, platform reuse.
• Manage stage gates, RAID, and change control; resolve conflicts/resources; publish quarterly BOW updates with realized benefits, slippages, re‑prioritizations, and forward risks/mitigations.
Stakeholder Management (Regional & Local)
• Coordinate with Implementation, Servicing, Operations, Technology for feasibility, scalability, and control alignment across markets; maintain stakeholder map & cadence (steerco/working groups) with owners/decisions/timelines.
• Influence without authority: align Risk/Compliance/Operations, Treasury/Finance, Country/Commercial, Product around canonical definitions, simple metrics, and a clear publishing rhythm; convert strategy & data into simple materials and timely decisions that improve NIM and CX while meeting regional standards
Governance, Compliance & Controls
• Operate with high autonomy under GTB/IB frameworks; escalate non‑standard issues and material risks promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Operational Risk, Regulatory Compliance, AML, sanctions, data privacy, and Guidelines for Business Conduct; maintain audit‑ready documentation and control evidence.
• Contribute to the regional operating rhythm (scorecards, committees, executive packs) with timely product progress and benefits.
People Leadership (if/when direct reports are assigned)
• Set roles/expectations; provide coaching, feedback, training; recognize performance and address non‑performance promptly.
• Ensure team knowledge of products/services/procedures; individual development plans; high service standards and reporting.
• Create an environment of effective day‑to‑day controls per ORMF, RCRMF, AML Global Handbook, Guidelines for Business Conduct.
Communication:
• Enablement for frontline: concise trainings, QRGs, and playbooks to make each launch simple and executable.
• Executive storytelling: clear materials for sales enable, product/business reviews, annual planning, strategic sessions; link product decisions to P&L and risk; provide periodic commentary/insights to Senior Leadership (written & verbal).

Experience
• Self-starter possessing confidence and initiative; able to cope with changing and evolving priorities while identifying new opportunities
• English / Spanish is a must
• Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related; MBA/advanced degree a plus.
• Certification and hands‑on experience in AI and Agile frameworks; able to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• 5–8+ years in Product Development/Management, Business Analysis, or Operations within Transaction Banking / Treasury Services / Liquidity Management.
• Demonstrated exposure across Deposits, Cash Concentration/Pooling, Sweeps, Virtual Accounts, Intraday, Forecasting, and Investments (MMFs, term deposits) and their front‑to‑back implications.
• Proven success in matrixed, cross‑border delivery and regulated environments.
• Strong in process design, controls, risk management, and data‑driven decisioning.
• Tools: advanced Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI a plus.
• Strong executive communication & influence skills; ability to work with Risk/Compliance and within GTB governance.
• A positive attitude combined with the confidence to drive team priorities
