Senior Manager Digital Payments & Lifecycle Campaigns 

 


Purpose

Detail-oriented and experienced Senior Manager to lead both lifecycle campaign coordination and the digital payments strategy within the Scotiabank mobile app. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns across customer segments and lifecycle stages, while also owning the vision, development, and performance of digital payment functionalities. The position contributes to the overall success of the Payment Lifecycle Management Area within the Retail Payments Department in International Banking, ensuring that individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

 


Accountabilities

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Data Analytics, Product, Technology) to align lifecycle strategies and digital payment initiatives with business objectives.
•    Lead the strategy, prioritization, and delivery of digital payment functionalities within the Scotiabank app, ensuring a seamless, secure, and user-centric experience.
•    Act as the main point of contact for digital payment initiatives, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution.
•    Monitor the performance of digital payment features, using data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
•    Develop detailed timelines for both marketing campaigns and digital payment releases, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.
•    Coordinate with creative and technical teams to ensure all campaign materials and digital features meet brand, UX, and compliance standards.
•    Analyze campaign and digital payment performance data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
•    Lead post-campaign and post-launch reviews to evaluate success and define key learnings.
•    Ensure all lifecycle marketing and digital payment initiatives comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
•    Champion a high-performance culture and contribute to an inclusive and collaborative work environment

 

Education / Experience / Other Information

•    Bilingual (English-Spanish)
•    Demonstrated ability working on multiple projects in different geographies. 
•    Demonstrated multitasking abilities in a team-based environment
•    Excellent presentation and writing skills.
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). 
•    Ability to work independently to accomplish tasks are essential.
•    Deep understanding of marketing campaign processes, including planning, execution, and analysis.
•    Proficient in data analysis
•    Strong knowledge of credit card products and the financial services industry


Working Conditions
Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.
