Purpose

 

Contributes to the Contract Management area, ensuring that specific individual objectives, plans and initiatives are carried out or met in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. It ensures that all activities carried out are carried out in accordance with the internal rules, policies and procedures in force. 

The role is based on six pillars of action: Contract Management, Financial Management, Performance Management, Relationship Management, Risk Management, and Global Transfer Pricing Contract Management.

The analyst is in charge of the execution of the procurement process of GTEP goods and services for LATAM countries, based on the matrix of responsibilities (document that is part of the purchasing policy) defined with the purchasing area.

This function includes support for the process related to risk assessment with third parties, financial planning for the definition of the renovation budget, budget management and the execution of the purchase plan for renewals.

The function is complemented by the relationship with suppliers (reference prices, technical relations, coordination of meetings and in some cases, negotiation of prices and commercial conditions) and new projects or new initiatives for LATAM countries, including inter-company contracts, which allow the correct commercial relationship between the group's entities in LATAM.

 

Responsibilities 

 

•    It promotes a customer-centric culture to deepen customer relationships and leverage the Bank's extensive relationships, systems and expertise. 
•    Management of the budget for Software and Subscription renewals.
•    Execute the offer strategies for the acquisition of technological services and/or goods, incorporating the different regulations and internal policies defined.
•    Execution of the annual purchasing plan, the process includes its construction.
•    Support to users for the management and execution of the tools defined for risk assessment and management of the GTEP supply (COUPA & ICENTIS)
•    Support in the execution and compliance of the risk program with third parties, as well as advice for its compliance (TPRM Program)
•    Generation of reports and control metrics.
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third parties to drive continuous improvement
•    Collaboration with TPRM GTEP | OCTO for compliance with internal policies.
•    Generation of information to control the Cost Recovery of each country, for SW issues
•    Ensure that all activities carried out in the GTEP governance field are carried out in accordance with the rules, policies and internal procedures in force, applying systematic and coordinated practices through compliance audits and analysis of results.
•    Creation, administration and execution of the current Software budget for GTEP LATAM, as well as the coordination of new initiatives and projects, for consideration at the budget level.
•    Preparation of intra-group service contracts, according to the need for the services delivered between the countries, for the LATAM region. Among the functions is the correct definition of the service, for the entry of information and generation of the contract through the GIST tool.
•    Follow-up of the COUPA registrations by the recipient of the service, as well as the coordination and monitoring of the signing of the contract by each of the entities involved
•    Follow-up with each of the local legal areas for the creation of intra-group contracts, including the responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, the Regulatory Non-Compliance Risk Management Framework, the International Manual for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing and the Guidelines for Business Conduct. 
•    Understand the Bank's risk culture and how risk appetite should be considered in daily activities and decisions.
•    Actively conducts effective and efficient operations in their respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, compliance and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls in order to comply with obligations aimed at reducing operational risk, the risk of regulatory non-compliance, the risk of money laundering and terrorist financing and conduct risk,  These include responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, the Regulatory Breach Risk Management Framework, the International Manual for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

 

Education / experience 

 

•    Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or Business Administration.
•    Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Outsourcing Contracts, Administration and Finance for IT.
•    Experience in administrative and financial management and terms and conditions of Software contracts.
•    More than 2 years of experience in negotiations with dominant local and global suppliers in the market.
•    Bilingual English and Spanish.
