Purpose
Contribute to the overall success of the Data Office by ensuring that data quality requirement definions and
the implementaon of technological developments are correctly executed and aligned with the objecves
and strategies of the business areas. Addionally, validates and ensures compliance with regulatory
requirements established by supervisory authories within the instuon.
Responsibilities
o Promotes a customer-centric culture to deepen client relaonships and leverage the Bank’s
extensive customer network, systems, and experse.
o Parcipates in cross-funconal efforts between Technology and Business teams to ensure the
correct execuon and implementaon of technological developments.
o Conduct analysis and prepare the required documentaon for business requirements.
o Performs administrave and compliance processes for projects, ensuring accurate and mely
documentaon of required deliverables for the various commiees, in accordance with current
internal standards, policies, and guidelines.
o Supports the coordinaon, planning, and task follow-up, including monitoring project progress and
mely idenficaon of risks throughout the project lifecycle.
o Understands the Bank’s risk culture and how risk appete should be considered in daily acvies
and decision-making.
o Executes effecve and efficient operaons within their assigned areas while ensuring the adequacy,
compliance, and effecveness of daily business controls. This includes meeng obligaons related to
migang operaonal risk, regulatory compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist-financing risk,
and conduct risk, in alignment with the Operaonal Risk Management Framework, the Regulatory
Compliance Risk Management Framework, the Internaonal An-Money Laundering and
An-Terrorist-Financing Manual, and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
Education / Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Informaon Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with
experience in data quality, analycs, or business intelligence.
o Experience with data quality lifecycle, including data profiling, definion and implementaon of data
quality rules, data issue management, data architecture, and business intelligence.
o Strong analycal skills, with the ability to effecvely idenfy, quanfy, and escalate data quality risks.
o Experience understanding data usage from both operaonal and business perspecves, as well as its
connecon to technical development, storage, and retrieval, to assess data quality dimensions and their
cricality.
o Intermediate interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to clearly communicate issues and
status updates effecvely.
o Intermediate English proficiency.
o Experience required:
o Arficial Intelligence (AI).
o Phyton (Pyspark. Libraries)
o Power BI
o SQL
Nice-to-Have:
o Knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Plaorm).
o Data Bricks
