Purpose
Contribute to the overall success of the Data Office by ensuring that data quality requirement defini􀆟ons and
the implementa􀆟on of technological developments are correctly executed and aligned with the objec􀆟ves
and strategies of the business areas. Addi􀆟onally, validates and ensures compliance with regulatory
requirements established by supervisory authori􀆟es within the ins􀆟tu􀆟on.
Responsibilities
o Promotes a customer-centric culture to deepen client rela􀆟onships and leverage the Bank’s
extensive customer network, systems, and exper􀆟se.
o Par􀆟cipates in cross-func􀆟onal efforts between Technology and Business teams to ensure the
correct execu􀆟on and implementa􀆟on of technological developments.
o Conduct analysis and prepare the required documenta􀆟on for business requirements.
o Performs administra􀆟ve and compliance processes for projects, ensuring accurate and 􀆟mely
documenta􀆟on of required deliverables for the various commi􀆩ees, in accordance with current
internal standards, policies, and guidelines.
o Supports the coordina􀆟on, planning, and task follow-up, including monitoring project progress and
􀆟mely iden􀆟fica􀆟on of risks throughout the project lifecycle.
o Understands the Bank’s risk culture and how risk appe􀆟te should be considered in daily ac􀆟vi􀆟es
and decision-making.
o Executes effec􀆟ve and efficient opera􀆟ons within their assigned areas while ensuring the adequacy,
compliance, and effec􀆟veness of daily business controls. This includes mee􀆟ng obliga􀆟ons related to
mi􀆟ga􀆟ng opera􀆟onal risk, regulatory compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist-financing risk,
and conduct risk, in alignment with the Opera􀆟onal Risk Management Framework, the Regulatory
Compliance Risk Management Framework, the Interna􀆟onal An􀆟-Money Laundering and
An􀆟-Terrorist-Financing Manual, and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
Education / Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Informa􀆟on Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with
experience in data quality, analy􀆟cs, or business intelligence.
o Experience with data quality lifecycle, including data profiling, defini􀆟on and implementa􀆟on of data
quality rules, data issue management, data architecture, and business intelligence.
o Strong analy􀆟cal skills, with the ability to effec􀆟vely iden􀆟fy, quan􀆟fy, and escalate data quality risks.
o Experience understanding data usage from both opera􀆟onal and business perspec􀆟ves, as well as its
connec􀆟on to technical development, storage, and retrieval, to assess data quality dimensions and their
cri􀆟cality.
o Intermediate interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to clearly communicate issues and
status updates effec􀆟vely.
o Intermediate English proficiency.
o Experience required:
o Ar􀆟ficial Intelligence (AI).
o Phyton (Pyspark. Libraries)
o Power BI
o SQL
Nice-to-Have:
o Knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Pla􀆞orm).
o Data Bricks
