Strategic Partnerships Director, Global Insurance

Position Purpose

Lead and manage International Insurance’s strategic partnerships across Latin America and the Caribbean, ensuring alignment with business strategy, corporate objectives, and governance, risk, and compliance standards. This role is responsible for driving strategic relationships that support profitable growth, market expansion, and the strengthening of the organization's value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships and Growth

• Develop and implement the partnership strategy for the region.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate collaboration opportunities with insurance companies and strategic partners.
• Lead the implementation and evolution of partnership agreements that contribute to business growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Distribution, and Digital teams to develop joint solutions and strategies.

Partnership Management and Performance

• Monitor partnership performance, profitability, and compliance through key management indicators.
• Ensure adherence to contractual agreements, regulatory requirements, and third-party risk management processes.
• Coordinate governance frameworks, ongoing monitoring, and executive reporting for senior leadership.

Relationship Management and Influence

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with regional and local teams to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
• Represent the organization in industry forums and strategic insurance sector engagements.

Required Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (required).
• More than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Proven experience in the development, negotiation, and management of strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the insurance business and digital transformation trends.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and experience working in global and matrix environments.
