Executive Assistant/Team Assistant - Corporate & Investment Banking Europe (CIB)

We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our Corporate & Investment Banking Europe team, supporting senior leadership at the forefront of a fast-paced, high-performing business.
This is a highly visible role, partnering directly with the Head of CIB Europe and senior stakeholders, where you’ll play a critical part in enabling seamless operations, driving efficiency, and supporting strategic priorities across the business.
What You'll Do:
• Provide high-impact executive support to senior leadership, acting as a trusted partner and gatekeeper
• Manage complex, global calendars and ensure optimal use of executive time
• Coordinate international travel, logistics, and itineraries across multiple time zones
• Prepare high-quality presentations, communications, and briefing materials
• Support client meetings, deal preparation, and leadership reporting
• Deliver exceptional coordination of events, offsites, and client hospitality
• Oversee expenses, approvals, and financial administration in line with policy
• Lead and develop a small team of Team Assistants, ensuring high standards and continuity of support
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, corporate or investment banking environment
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence
• High levels of discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential matters
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders across international teams
