Misión:

The Manager, Digital Sales Growth role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing digital sales campaigns and growth loops that drive client stages (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention). This role leverages experimentation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to continuously improve digital sales performance and user experience.

 

 

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field
  • Experience in a financial institution is highly valued
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or product-led growth
  • Strong understanding of growth loops, customer journeys, campaings, and digital funnel optimization
  • Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and customer engagement platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and capable of using English for experimentation documentation and collaboration

 

 

¿A qué retos te enfrentarás?

 

 

Digital Sales Strategy & Execution

• Design and launch loops (acquisition or engagement) focused on lifecycle client stages

• Ensure growth loop objectives with business goals and customer needs

• Optimize growth loop performance using metrics like CPA, LTV, engagement and retention

Experimentation & Performance Optimization

• Design and run controlled experiments to improve growth loop outcomes

• Track and analyze results, documenting insights and best practices

• Identify friction points and drop-offs within loops and prioritize improvements

Growth Loops & Customer Lifecycle

• Implement and improve journeys tailored to product type and user segment

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and segment teams on messaging and adapt product-channel strategies

• Coordinate welcome sequences and self-service education content for onboarding

• Adapt comms for loyalty programs and engagement campaigns to drive retention and profitability

Data & Performance Monitoring

• Design and run controlled experiments to improve growth loop outcomes

• Track and analyze results, documenting insights and best practices

• Identify friction points and drop-offs within loops and prioritize improvements
