Manager, Small Business Value Proposition

-Business Line: Retail Banking

-Unit: Business: SMALL BUSINESS - SBP

Misión:

Leads the development and implementation of the Small Business Customer Value Proposition in Peru, ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with the defined corporate strategy, governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

• Bachelor’s degree in business / finance discipline or related field

• Minimum 5 years in financial services.  Experience in Business Banking, Product Development, Process Re-engineering an asset

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) an asset

• Strong interpersonal skills to develop collaborative working relationships with teams across various geographies

• Results focused with a deference to action

• Must possess a ‘roll-up your sleeves and get it done’ work attitude with a view for future innovation and possess ability to think strategically and build consensus

• Strong diagnostic skills and proven ability to evaluate options/alternatives and develop recommendations for complex and multi-dimensional problems/issues.

¿A qué retos te enfrentarás?

·Champion a customer-focused culture throughout the Scotiabank footprint to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

·Support the profitable growth of the Small Business P&L in Peru

·Lead the delivery of value proposition strategies and service model that drive sustainable growth, profitability and overall success of the Small Business segments.  This includes, but is not limited to:

·Champion the nuances and needs of  in the design of global value proposition strategies.

·Collaborate with partners to develop characteristics of the value proposition, including design appropriate operational flows and formulate communications to generate an attractive value offer with a differentiated experience.

·Support continuous improvement in product mix and business model with an omnichannel approach, while anticipating client needs and innovate in service delivery.

·Contribute to the creation of value offers and service models in accordance the defined blueprint

·Generate segmentation criteria and sales and service model, in coordination with each country and head office.

·Evaluate potential enhancements to the value proposition

·Support efforts to standardize segment strategy, aligning methodology and operationalization across countries

·Contribute to the development of loyalty programs across the segments and life cycle of the segment

·Champion digital transformation by defining and optimizing segment offerings across appropriate channels

·Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the region, ensuring effective communication and understanding of the central strategy.  Collaborate with regional teams to ensure strategies are adapted to local market nuances, when applicable
