 It contributes to the overall success of the Private Banking Center in Peru, ensuring that specific individual objectives, plans and initiatives are carried out or met in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures that all activities carried out are carried out in accordance with current internal rules, policies and procedures.

 

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

 

  • Graduated or Bachelor of The University of Administration, Accounting and/or Economics or related.
  • Minimum experience of 1 year as an assistant in Banco, in the areas of Private Banking, People, Business or Corporate or business areas, or in areas of operational support tobusiness.
  • Experience for position
  • Basic Level: Knowledge of Financial Mathematics.
  • Intermediate Level: Banking Products: Deposits and Loans, Investment Products: Mutual Funds, Shares, Bonds, Reporting Operations;; Policies associated with each type of bankingoperation; Knowledge of Banking Regulation.
  • Knowledge of risk analysis techniques, credit award policies and procedures that apply to personal and commercial loanproducts. Using Office
  • Advanced Level: Poperating frictions of the Bank;; KYC and AML policies. Languages: English

 

¿A qué retos te enfrentarás?

 

It promotes a customer-centric culture to deepen customer relationships and leverage the Bank's extensive relationships, as well as its systems and knowledge.

• Perform the middle-office work between the Private Banking office and the different areas of the Bank with which it interacts.

• Support Private Banking customers in their operational and transactional needs (duplicate statements, execution of FFMM subscriptions/rescues, product and service inquiries, credit card issuance, among others) to ensure adequate care, service and excellent relationship.

• Support the Relationship Manager in the management of his portfolio, as well as in the review of his maturities of active, passive and investment operations, disbursement credits and credits for beating in order to give an effective maintenance to the operations of the Private Banking unit. Also, prepare credit proposals, in coordination with the Relationship Manager, for further disbursements and renewals of credits.

• Support the Relationship Manager in the assembly of the documentation required by product for each client, so that it is complete and that it is renewed when applicable. Supports the Relationship Manager in verifying that onboarding files clients are complete and up-to-date, and to generate the corresponding documentation when a Trigger Event occurs.

• Follow up on the resolution of operational and process problems that may arise with Private Banking clients at the Bank, in order to improve processes and reduce customer wait times.

• Monitor the status of customers' lines of credit, identifying potential problems, and initiating corrective actions when necessary, in order to keep them within authorized conditionals and limits.

• Support the identification of potential customers: (i) developing a detailed knowledge of each prospect; (ii) supporting with telephone calls and other contact mechanisms; (iii) keeping an updated database with the status of each prospect as well as its supplementary information; (iv) assisting in the design of investment proposals by the Relationship Manager.

• Assist in the fulfillment of the Sales Goals and Marketing Strategies of the Relationship Manager.
