BRIEF INTRODUCTION  

 

As a Senior Financial Planning Associate, you will provide financial planning support to a dedicated Wealth Advisor team in preparing and delivery of personal financial plans to the Advisor’s clients.

    
IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU  
In the role you will:  

  • Champion an integrated and organized approach to planning through collaboration with internal specialists (Taxation, Insurance, Estate & Trust, Philanthropy).
  • Support the financial planning needs of an Advisor’s clients through the process of deep discovery and creation and delivery of a Total Wealth Plan
  • Support Advisor in implementation of Total Wealth Strategies in collaboration with Team of Specialists
  • Champion a client focused culture to deepen client relationships
  • Support Advisor in creating and delivering client seminars related to financial planning topics
  • Maintain financial planning professional practice standards while staying current on all financial planning related topics 

 

DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS  
We would love to work with you if you have:  

  • CFP or IQFP (QC only) designation 
  • More than 2 years of experience 
  • In-depth understanding of the comprehensive financial planning process including investments, asset protection, retirement, estate planning and tax issue
  • Advanced understanding of financial planning software; ability to model complex strategies 
  • Experience in Total Wealth Planning engagement from client discovery, plan preparation to presentation delivery 
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
