We're looking for a Senior Financial Advisor to join our team of customer-centric advisors. As an essential member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, you will be provided in-depth training to be able to provide exceptional service throughout the customer's journey by taking a proactive approach to discover your customer's needs, listening to understand what they are asking for, and educating customers by providing relevant insights and advice. You will build comprehensive customer plans using a holistic approach to help them achieve their goals, and nurture strong, long-standing relationships. You will also develop, retain, and growing the branch's business by delivering individual and team sales goals that support a positive client experience.

Requirements
Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
Strong oral/written communication skills
Mutual Funds License and completed CIFP diploma
Ability and eagerness to build strong customer relationships
Able to develop personalized financial strategies including day-to-day banking, investments, and borrowing solutions
Able to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment that align to a client's stated goals
