Title:  Director, Investment Management Technology Delivery

As Director, Investment Management Technology Delivery, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of the Investment Management landscape within Scotia Global Asset Management (SGAM).

This role will focus on leading SGAM LATAM initiatives, with a focus on the delivery of a Common Investment Platform (CIP). This includes regional implementations of this platform in Mexico, Chile, and Peru, continuous enhancements to the applications that make up the CIP (Charles River, SIBUR, Magic, Eagle, Barra One), in addition to currency and regulatory driven change. The Common Investment Platform is a core strategic objective – in the LATAM region, this translates to the Pacific Alliance Countries (PAC) operating with greater scale, efficiency, and innovation - while preserving their unique investment philosophies and maintaining investment team autonomy. You will lead the development of a unified platform that spans the entire investment lifecycle, including front, middle, and back-office.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires a unique blend of strategic vision, deep understanding of financial markets, technical depth, and leadership excellence in order to effectively oversee critical initiatives. • Ensure seamless integration across systems and regions, enabling consistent, automated, and optimized investment and operational workflows.

  1. Investment Data Strategy
    • Lead the expansion of a centralized Investment Data Hub to serve as the single source of truth across SGAM LATA.
    • Promote a data-driven culture by reducing data costs, enabling self-service analytics, and improving operational efficiency.
