This is a high-visibility role at the centre of Global Banking & Markets in Europe. You’ll work closely with the Ireland Chief Operating Officer (COO) and senior leaders to help shape strategy, drive change, and enhance how the business operates day-to-day.
 
If you enjoy tackling complex problems, bringing structure to dynamic environments, and working with a wide range of stakeholders, this role offers influence and exposure across Dublin, London and global teams.
 
You’ll be part of a collaborative Business Management function that sits at the heart of decision-making - helping the business grow, operate efficiently and meet its regulatory commitments.
 
What you’ll be doing
•  Partner with the COO and senior stakeholders to deliver key business priorities across the European Global Banking & Markets platform
•  Support strategic initiatives and change programmes, from business case development through to implementation and benefits tracking
•  Drive improvement in operational processes and ways of working to enhance efficiency, transparency and control
•  Support business planning, governance and management reporting, including preparation of materials for senior leadership and committees
•  Work across front office, support and control functions to resolve issues and deliver aligned outcomes
•  Strengthen the control environment by supporting risk, audit and regulatory activities
•  Build strong relationships across Dublin, London and global teams, acting as a trusted partner to the business
 
What we’re looking for
•  Experience in Capital Markets, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking or a related environment
•  Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
•  Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing across teams
•  Ability to analyse information, identify insights and support decision-making
•  A collaborative, proactive approach and a focus on delivering practical solutions
 
A university degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
