What You’ll Do

• Lead Corporate Banking in the EU: Execute strategic plans aligned with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Drive Client Success: Act as the primary relationship manager for a diverse portfolio of multinational corporates.
• Deliver Results: Achieve financial targets while managing risk and compliance.
• Shape Deals: Negotiate complex transactions, structure credit facilities, and coordinate with global product teams.
• Ensure Excellence: Oversee credit submissions, regulatory compliance, and operational risk frameworks.
• Develop Talent: Mentor and grow your team, ensuring succession planning and career development.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Expertise: Strong background in Corporate Banking, credit analysis, and financial structuring.
• Education: MBA, CFA, CA or equivalent financial qualifications.
• Skills: Exceptional relationship management, financial modelling, and negotiation capabilities.
• Leadership: Ability to inspire, influence, and build high-performing teams.
• Integrity: Meets Central Bank of Ireland Fitness & Probity Standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Strategic mindset with a passion for client success.
• Deep knowledge of lending and non-lending products, plus familiarity with Investment Banking, DCM, FX, and Transaction Banking.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
