What You’ll Do
- Lead Corporate Banking in the EU: Execute strategic plans aligned with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Drive Client Success: Act as the primary relationship manager for a diverse portfolio of multinational corporates.
- Deliver Results: Achieve financial targets while managing risk and compliance.
- Shape Deals: Negotiate complex transactions, structure credit facilities, and coordinate with global product teams.
- Ensure Excellence: Oversee credit submissions, regulatory compliance, and operational risk frameworks.
- Develop Talent: Mentor and grow your team, ensuring succession planning and career development.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Expertise: Strong background in Corporate Banking, credit analysis, and financial structuring.
- Education: MBA, CFA, CA or equivalent financial qualifications.
- Skills: Exceptional relationship management, financial modelling, and negotiation capabilities.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire, influence, and build high-performing teams.
- Integrity: Meets Central Bank of Ireland Fitness & Probity Standards.
What You’ll Bring

- Deep knowledge of lending and non-lending products, plus familiarity with Investment Banking, DCM, FX, and Transaction Banking.
