Purpose
As an Associate Treasury Management Officer (TMO) you will work closely with Corporate & Investment Bankers (CIBs). You’ll serve as a single point of contact across all markets, offering dedicated Global Transaction Banking (GTB) coverage for all products. TMOs will be organized by industry sector and coordinate the overall GTB relationship with in-country subsidiary coverage to provide consistent and simplified client experience.
Contributes to the overall success of the Global Transaction Banking in Dublin ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensure all activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
We are seeking a high-Caliber Associate to support relationship coverage and product delivery across Global Transaction Banking, with day-to-day focus on Cash Management, Trade Finance, FX, and Project Finance coordination.
The Associate will help win, structure, and implement client solutions for multinational corporates, working closely with product partners, coverage bankers, and operations.
This is a client-facing, execution-heavy role designed for a commercially minded professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in working across the full treasury stack.
Accountabilities
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Assist in prospecting and sourcing new transaction banking business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
- Provide support to senior TMOs in managing relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, VPs of Finance, and Controllers.
- Take ownership of daily tasks and processes and special projects.
- Coordinate with solutions specialists to deliver a seamless end to end client experience and conduct data analysis to support client sales opportunities.
- Work with internal product stakeholders to represent client perspectives in the development and evolution of products and solutions.
- Collaborate with key partners including Group Treasury, Global Risk Management, Capital Markets, Corporate & Investment Banking, Global Operations, Fulfillment and Servicing.
- Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Code of Conduct.

Dimensions
- Client Coverage & Origination Support
- Prepare client meeting, RFP/RFI responses, and financial/working capital analyses across cash, liquidity, trade, and operational FX.
- Maintain prospect pipelines; support account planning, and cross-sell strategies.
- Coordinate with product specialists to design treasury solutions (Collections, payments, liquidity, Trade).
- Cash Management (Payments & Liquidity)
- Analyse client cash conversion cycles, payment flows, and bank account structures; propose solutions (e.g., POBO/ROBO, in-house bank, cash pooling/zero-balancing etc.).
- Support pricing models, business cases, and implementation plans; track KPIs such as balances, volumes, revenue, and product adoption.
- Trade Finance & Working Capital
- Assist with trade structures including LCs, SBLCs, guarantees, receivables purchase, and payables finance.
- Analytics & Business Management
- Prepare management reporting (wins/losses, pipeline health, client feedback).
Education / Experience
- Relevant experience in Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Advisory, Markets, or Consulting.
- Bachelor’s or master’s in finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management
- Proven negotiation, active listening, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of prioritizing competing priorities.
- Spanish/French/German language competency is an advantage
