Purpose:

Contributes to the overall success of Global Transaction Banking (GTB) in North America by ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Conducts all activities in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

The Senior Manager, Commercialization Strategy & Execution, is responsible for driving the go-to-market, revenue growth, and adoption of Transaction Banking solutions in North America. The role bridges product, sales, strategy, and client servicing & operations to deliver client value and competitive differentiation.

The individual will be engaged in end-to-end Transaction Banking products commercialization including assessing market opportunities, conducting client segmentation and needs analysis, and leading client engagement programs. In addition, the role will be responsible for defining the commercialization strategy and collaborating with partners to drive strategic initiatives that drive client adoption and growth.

 

 

 

Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute commercialization strategies for transaction banking products across corporate, commercial, and Financial Institution client segments.
  • Identify opportunities to increase cross-sell of transaction banking products, grow revenues, and client wallet share.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine market positioning and proposition for client segments.
  • Support go-to-market planning for new product launches and enhancements.
  • Partner with stakeholders, including product, sales, and marketing, to develop client facing materials.
  • Support definition and monitoring of product KPIs that demonstrate commercialization trends and client adoption.
  • Build and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders highlighting client propositions.
  • Champion a client focused culture to support the deepening of client relationships and articulation of product capabilities through a commercial lense
  • Support annual business planning activities and financial assessments of business progress
  • Support cross-functional and product initiatives and commercialization campaigns

 

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years in transaction banking product, solutions sales, consulting, and/or business strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of corporate cash management, payables and collections, and revenue drivers.
  • Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter possessing confidence and initiative who can manage evolving priorities while identifying new opportunities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic negotiating skills
  • The candidate should be able to work in a fast paced and energized environment, deal with tight deadlines, solve multi-faceted problems, and balance conflicting priorities.                     
  • University Degree in business or economics (MBA an asset)

 

 

 

Working Conditions:

Located at our New York, Toronto, or Dallas office

Hybrid work environment with the expectation to be in office 4 times a week or as needed

Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence

Limited travel domestically and to Canada.
