We are looking for the best people no matter where you are in Alberta.  We are looking to grow business in all markets and lines of business, which include:  Commercial Distribution, Roynat Capital, Real Estate Banking, Agriculture, Equipment Leasing, Payments and Cash Management and Technology and Innovation.

 

Just some of the ideal experience/criteria we would be looking for:

  • Proven sales/business development;
  • Strong financial acumen;
  • Commercial credit experience;
  • Some commercial banking exposure and/or extensive experience – depending on the role/level;
  • Strong knowledge of commercial banking and products;
  • In the direct sales roles – proven portfolio management as well the development and profitable growth of a commercial banking portfolio;
  • The CRM/Sr. CRM’s manage a customer portfolio of moderate to higher complexity, with business development activities that targets clients with credit authorizations between $5MM to $25MM and annual sales between $15MM to $75MM – depending on the level of the opportunity;
  • Looking for post secondary diploma/degree in business or economics or work equivalency;
  • Varies with roles but ideally within the career length of time of, minimum, three to five years – within a financial institute and/or boutique type environment.

  • Client Relationship Manager (in all business lines including - REB/Agriculture/Commercial Distribution/Roynat Capital)
  • Senior Client Relationship Manager (in all business lines)
  • Associate and Associate Director, National Accounts
  • Agriculture Specialist
  • Associate/Senior Associates, Roynat Capital
