Office hours:

We are open from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday and 9:00 AM - 5:00 pm on Saturdays..  This position will require some Saturday coverage and may require some statutory holiday shift.  Training will be completed Monday through Friday. 


Job Purpose:

Identifying, sorting and indexing all incoming Fax and email documentation for both the Burnaby and Anjou offices; forwarding incoming Customer Service  fax inquiries to the Customer Service team general email address; assisting Funding Representatives by clearing mail flags in adjudication platform. 


Key Accountabilities:

  • All deals must be logged and indexed within 10 minutes of receipt.
  • Responsible for recording, inputting and/or logging data and information in core contract management system and other Business Line Systems.
  • Responsible for resolving all identified discrepancies.
  • Responsible for ensuring the delivery of customer service fosters overall customer and business line/department satisfaction


    Functional Competencies:

  • Ability to multi-task and familiarity using multiple computer programme at once.
  • Previous experience in a customer service capacity
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel as well as office equipment, software and recorded
  • Proficiency in French is an asset but not required
